Shipping policy

Please allow 3-4 days for pouring your candles.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During busy seasons and holidays, it can take longer to produce orders.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online. Most shipping providers can provide an estimated delivery date.  You can also add your mobile number to receive text alerts.

All orders are shipped from our candle studio in Dallas, TX.  Our central location allows most packages to be delivered within the U.S. in about 3 days.
