Dragonfly Fragrances will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase.

When sending your return, we suggest shipping with an insured carrier (UPS / FEDEX) or with a delivery confirmation request when using the United States Postal Service. Dragonfly Fragrances cannot issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of a delivery to our returns department.
Return the product in the packaging it was received in, along with the original packing slip.
Please allow 10–14 business days upon receipt to process the transaction.
